We are a general contractor specializing in restoring and maintaining concrete and masonry structures, including parking garages, high rise buildings, bridges, and stadiums.

Our many membership affiliations include The International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), The American Concrete Institute (ACI), The Sealant, Waterproofing & Restoration Institute (SWRI), The Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC), The Concrete Contractor’s Association of Greater Chicago (CCAGC), The Better Business Bureau (BBB) and The National Parking Association (NPA).

Ron Reagan – President, Project Manager

Graduate of Michigan State University, over 40 years’ experience in concrete restoration, general contracting, and waterproofing. Voting Member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Committee 362 Parking Structures, Affiliate Member of the Structural Engineers Association of Illinois (SEA), Member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC), Sealant Waterproofing & Restoration Institute (SWRI) and The Concrete Contractors Association of Greater Chicago (CCAGC). Licensed mason contractor, City of Chicago.

Stephen Niewiadomski – Vice President, Project Manager

Over 40 years’ experience in masonry restoration, concrete restoration, high rise building facades & curtain walls, Past President of the Chicago Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), Member of ACI and ICRI.

Maureen Dell – Secretary/Treasurer

BS, 36 years’ experience office management, contract administration, billings, payroll, licensing, insurance, union records and taxes.

Denise Hartsfeld – Payroll Manager

BA in Management, Benedictine University, 38 years’ experience human resources, payroll, union records and A/P.

Sean Reagan – Chief Marketing Officer, Estimator

14 year’s job-site experience, estimating and assisting with project management. Member of ACI and ICRI.

Jack Reagan – Project Manager, Estimator

Graduate of DePaul University, 9 years of construction experience in Project Management and Estimating.
